La structuration administrative de la commune de Hchechna s'inscrit dans le cadre de la mise en \u0153uvre du programme de r\u00e9habilitation globale des municipalit\u00e9s, visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer davantage la qualit\u00e9 du travail municipal et la gestion des affaires municipales afin d'accro\u00eetre l'efficacit\u00e9 de la commune et de d\u00e9velopper la ville.<\/p>\n
